Who is responsible

What we collect
Our booking form doesn't send anything through this website. When you press "Text my booking", it writes your details (your name, phone number, the service, your vehicle, your preferred day and time, and any notes) into a text message on your own device. Nothing reaches us until you send that text yourself.
When you text or call us, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us, like any text or call.
If you text us vehicle photos, we receive those photos and anything visible in them, such as your licence plate or insurance details. Please only send what we need for your estimate.
How we use it
- To text or call you back about your car.
- To prepare an estimate and book your visit.
We don't use your details for advertising, and we don't sell or rent them to anyone.
When we share information
We keep your information private. We only share it when it is needed to provide your service, such as with your insurer for an insurance repair you ask us to handle, with a parts supplier when details are needed to order parts, or with service providers that help us run our phone, booking, invoicing or website tools. We may also share information if required by law. We will tell you before sharing your information with an insurer. We do not sell or rent your information.
Services that help run this site
- The map on our homepage is a picture drawn from OpenStreetMap data and stored on this site, so it sends nothing to Google or anyone else. The "Open in Google Maps" and "Get directions" links take you to Google Maps only if you tap them.
- Vercel hosts this website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security. Vercel may process this information outside Canada.
This website doesn't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The booking form stores nothing on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep booking texts and photos only as long as we need them to help you. We keep invoices and repair records for six years for business and tax purposes, then securely delete or destroy them when they are no longer needed.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to people who need it to help with your vehicle or run the business.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent. You can also ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for legal or business record reasons.
